Randy Miller has been engaged in international law, regulation and research for over thirty years. He founded World Bureau in 2000. For 18 years before that he was an attorney in the international practice of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells), where he headed the International Group, founded the firm’s office in Brussels, Belgium, and represented multinational corporations and governments in trade and international regulatory and policy matters. Randy has served as an adjunct professor in international dispute resolution at Georgetown University Law Center, Senior Legal Adviser to the U.S. Mission to the WTO, and as Policy Director to Senator Robert Dole. Randy graduated from Yale University and Georgetown Law School.
