Randy E. Miller

Randy E. Miller has been engaged in international law, regulation and research for over forty years.

For 18 years he was an attorney in the international practice of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells), where he headed the International Group, founded the firm’s office in Brussels, Belgium, and represented multinational corporations and governments in trade and international regulatory and policy matters. Randy founded World Bureau in 2000.

Randy has served as an adjunct professor in international dispute resolution at Georgetown University Law Center, as Senior Legal Advisor in the U.S. Mission to the World Trade Organization, and as Policy Director to Senator Robert Dole. Randy graduated from Yale University and Georgetown Law School. He founded World Bureau in 2000.
